10A Kickboxing in the Park w/ Trice

It’s time for another fun workout with Coach Trice at Bogan Park! We are doing kickboxing in the park again. There is just something fun, almost like bringing out the inner kid again, when you move your workout outside.

We are going to be in the same spot as last time, bring a water bottle or two, as the mornings are starting to heat up early, and there is no doubt that Coach Trice will get you sweating if the heat hasn’t already. Get ready to burn some calories and perfect those kickboxing skills!

Bring your gloves and a towel is also recommended. Shoes are optional and you will not be needing your shin pads.
