New Schedule December 12!

New Classes:

  • Wrestling – Former collegiate wrestler and current MMA fighter Andrew Krawulski will be leading our new Wrestling program on Mon evenings at 6:30 PM
  • Women’s Only BJJ – Our new Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu class will be taught by Coach Phillipe Gentry. This is an all levels class through Jan 31. Starting Feb 1, completion of Jiu Jitsu Foundations will be required to participate.

Changes to existing classes:

  • Kids Martial Arts – Coach Phillipe will now be running all Leadership Team and Submission Samurai classes and in an effort to provide the necessary space, the class time is being moved to 5 PM (before the regular class).
  • Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Foundations – This is where everyone begins. Here you’ll learn the basics of BJJ and Kickboxing over a 24 class rotating curriculum. The weekday Foundations classes have all been moved to 7:30 PM.
  • Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Drills – Drills classes are designed for new skill development. Here we teach you new concepts and techniques that will help you grow as a martial artist.
  • Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Blitz – The purpose of our Blitz classes are to give you an opportunity to perfect the skills you’ve been learning in the Drills classes with under higher pressure.
  • MMA – This is where you get to put it all together. To participate in our MMA, you will need to complete Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing Foundations classes and participate in at least 30 Blitz classes.
  • Open Mat – This is for Baby Blue Belts and Kickboxing Blitz invitees and above. Ask your coach if you are eligible for Open Mat.
  • Barbell Club – There are now 5 Barbell Club classes a week. We ask that all Barbell Club members either lift in the Barbell Club class or during times where CrossFit is not taking place.
